Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics CRM Consultant  to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to help our clients optimize their customer relationship management processes.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze client requirements and develop tailored Dynamics CRM solutions
• Configure and customize Dynamics CRM to meet client needs
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance
• Conduct training sessions for end-users
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver successful implementations
• Maintain documentation of solutions and configurations

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (3+ years)
• Strong understanding of CRM processes and business workflows
• Knowledge of related technologies (e.g., Power Platform, Azure)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications are a plus
• English – B2+
