IT Project Manager

For our client, international institution, We are looking for experienced IT Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
Manage projects effectively throughout their entire lifecycle and scope.
Establish and oversee project controls to ensure milestones are achieved, deliverables are on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Ensure and monitor the quality of all project deliverables.
Identify, track, and communicate project issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies arising during implementation.
Cooperate with the Project Board and key stakeholders.
Assign and oversee tasks, authorize work packages, balance priorities and team workload, and motivate project team members.
Plan and control project product delivery processes.
Maintain effective communication within the project team and with external stakeholders.
Produce project management documentation (plans, logs, schedules) and define responsibilities.
Prepare and deliver technical reports and project presentations.
Organize and conduct project meetings.
Requirements:
Master’s degree -(preferable in ICT field)
Minimum 8 years in IT
Minimum 5 years as a Project Manager
At least one of the following: PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP ,PM2 Essential or Advanced or another internationally recognized valid PM certification
English language certificate - nice to have
Knowledge and experience in applying project management methodologies and methods
Knowledge and experience in applying Agile methodologies
Possesses a thorough understanding of IT and its application to business needs
Is conversant with current technologies and trends relevant to the project and the relevant Specific Contracts
Presents excellent communication skills, including the ability to produce high-quality written material and presentations for a variety of audiences
Aligns work easily to the changing environment, is able to work effectively in various situations, seeks improvements and proactively looks for further enhancements
Has knowledge/experience in the area of Data Privacy, Data Protection Impact Assessments, Business Continuity, and Information Security Risk Assessment in the environment of EU Institutions, understands its challenges and methods for conducting effective analysis/assessment in those areas
Has experience working for/at the public sector, preferably in International organisations or EU Institutions
