As a CRM Delivery Lead (MS Dynamics), you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of CRM solutions for a major entertainment project in the Middle East.
The project is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring availability to work on a rotational model of 2 weeks on-site in Riyadh and 1 week remote or in Poland.
Your responsibilities
Lead end-to-end CRM delivery projects, from discovery and requirements gathering to deployment and hyper-care support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, IT architects, and external vendors to shape the CRM ecosystem and ensure alignment with business goals
Supervise delivery, especially in regards to external vendor management
Ensure timely and quality project delivery within an international and multicultural environment
Our requirements
Proven experience as a CRM Delivery Lead, managing end-to-end CRM delivery projects (8+ years)
Strong expertise with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Strong collaboration skills with technical and project teams
Ability to work in a 2-week abroad/1-week in Poland model.
Fluency in English (C1 level)
