CRM Delivery Lead (MS Dynamics)

As a CRM Delivery Lead (MS Dynamics), you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of CRM solutions for a major entertainment project in the Middle East.

The project is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring availability to work on a rotational model of 2 weeks on-site in Riyadh and 1 week remote or in Poland.

Your responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CRM delivery projects, from discovery and requirements gathering to deployment and hyper-care support

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, IT architects, and external vendors to shape the CRM ecosystem and ensure alignment with business goals

• Supervise delivery, especially in regards to external vendor management

• Ensure timely and quality project delivery within an international and multicultural environment

Our requirements

• Proven experience as a CRM Delivery Lead, managing end-to-end CRM delivery projects (8+ years)

• Strong expertise with Microsoft Dynamics CRM

• Strong collaboration skills with technical and project teams

• Ability to work in a 2-week abroad/1-week in Poland model.

• Fluency in English (C1 level)
