Business Analyst

For our client, we are looking for a Business Analyst to help with the construction of a large entertainment center and infrastructure supporting systems such as CRMS, ERP, websites, reservations and ticket sales, and others.

Your responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and create functional specifications.

• Analyze and translate business needs into technical requirements for IT teams.

• Conduct business process and workflow analysis to identify areas for improvement.

• Support design processes that simplify operations and increase organizational efficiency.

• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to implement proposed solutions.

Requirements:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and create functional specifications.

• Analyze and translate business needs into technical requirements for IT teams.

• Conduct business process and workflow analysis to identify areas for improvement.

• Support design processes that simplify operations and increase organizational efficiency.

• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to implement proposed solutions.

• Ability to work in a 2-week abroad/1-week in Poland model.
