Project Overview: We are seeking Data Engineering Specialists to join a dynamic and long-term project with a leading international company. This project focuses on advanced analytics across Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and Human Resources domains. The work involves developing and managing data solutions in an agile environment, with a primary emphasis on building and optimizing end-to-end ETL pipelines and implementing robust data solutions.

Team Structure and Roles :

• Team Composition: The project is supported by a large team of over 80 professionals, divided into approximately 15 autonomous pods. Each pod consists of 5 specialists working independently on specific aspects of the project.
• Role Specifics: While the role is primarily hands-on with a focus on technical execution, senior professionals may be assigned responsibilities to lead a pod or oversee a portion of it. This includes potential involvement in coordinating tasks and supervising as needed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Data Engineering: Develop and manage end-to-end ETL pipelines with strong SQL skills.
• Technology Expertise: Utilize and work with the Data and Analytics Suite, preferably Microsoft technologies such as:
• Azure Data Lake
• Azure Data Factory
• Azure Databricks and PySpark scripting
• Azure SQL Server and T-SQL scripting
• Solution Architecture: Design and implement solutions within the Data Lake and BI domains with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience.
• Client Interaction: Manage stakeholder expectations and client-facing activities, leveraging at least 3 years of experience in this area.

Additional Information :

• International Team: The team is diverse, with members representing over 10 nationalities.
• Working Hours: The team operates from 9 AM to 6 PM CET.
• Project Status: The project is currently underway, with over 25 markets live. We are continuing to release new features.
