Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (NXJ-115)

Newxel is expanding its recruitment capabilities and we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to be a part of the department and drive the company’s goals. Relevant experience in outstaffing or product companies is essential for this role. As the Senior TA, you will play a key role in onboarding new clients and developing efficient talent acquisition processes.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead to prioritize urgent roles and adjust sourcing plans accordingly

• Support pre-sale calls by providing relevant talent pool information

• Assist in preparing market insights, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability reports

• Align sourcing strategy with client acquisition goals

• Work closely with Talent Sourcers team

• Quickly identify and present suitable candidates to increase chances of closing the vacancy

• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial outreach to placement

• Adjust strategies based on specific markets (e.g., Poland vs. Romania)

• Stay updated on talent availability and salary trends in key hiring locations

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (outstaffing and/or product companies)

• Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing strategies, with proven expertise in technical recruitment

• Knowledge of technologies and market trends in Ukraine, Poland, Portugal, Romania, and etc.

• Experience in pre-sale activities will be a plus

• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to jump between high-level strategy and tactical execution

• High attention to detail, particularly when it comes to editing job descriptions, messaging candidates, and scheduling

• Experience in working with an international organization with competing priorities

• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
