Full-Stack Developer (NXJ-136)

We’re looking for a strong Full-Stack Developer to join an innovative engineering team in Warsaw and build next-generation AI solutions for sports media.

You'll be an integral part of building the OTT channel platform — delivering frontend experiences that sports fans interact with daily while contributing to the APIs and services that power them.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver client-facing web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript, integrated with a NestJS / Express backend

• Build and maintain features across the full stack — from channel frontend UIs and CMS admin tools to backend API endpoints and serverless functions

• Work with a custom video player (Video.js / hls.js) and streaming infrastructure to deliver seamless live and on-demand viewing experiences

• Collaborate closely with backend engineers, QA, designers, and product managers to create engaging user experiences

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development, with strong frontend skills

• Proficiency in React and Next.js; experience with state management (Redux Toolkit) and modern styling approaches (styled-components, MUI, Tailwind)

• Solid experience with Node.js and TypeScript on the backend

• Familiarity with MongoDB (Mongoose) and RESTful API design

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and agile practices

• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Playwright, Testing Library)

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

• Strong common sense and the ability to quickly understand priorities

• A proactive, learning-driven mindset — always looking to simplify, scale, and improve

Will be a plus

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field

• Experience with AWS cloud services (S3, Lambda, CloudFront)

• Experience with video players (Video.js, hls.js) and streaming technologies

• Familiarity with micro-frontend architectures (Module Federation)

• Experience with NestJS or Fastify
