Data & Operations Analyst (NXJ-42)

We are seeking a skilled Data & Operations Analyst who thrives in data-rich environments and is passionate about leveraging cutting-edge AI and analytics technologies. The ideal candidate will be able to influence products and tools used by leading sports brands and collaborate effectively with teams at the forefront of video analytics, AI, and data-driven solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a Product/Data/Business/Operations Analysis role within a high data-rich environment

• Excellent proficiency in SQL

• Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver analysis results clearly and effectively

• Fast learner with proven ability to multitask across several projects

• BSc/BA in a highly quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering

• Experience working with AI tools for analytics

Will be a plus

• Experience in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker

• Python/R experience 

• Passion for sports 

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to extract insights and drive operational improvements

• Collaborate with product managers, operations teams, and other analysts to optimize workflows and internal tools

• Create dashboards, pipelines, and reports to support data-driven decision-making

• Support automation initiatives and leverage AI technologies to enhance content creation and analytics processes
