We would like you to
- elicit reporting requirements
- define desired data structure supporting the solution
- design, build and test solutions delivered in the reporting technology
- configure and deploy dedicated workspaces on the reporting service with the desired security setup
- provide instruction materials, guidance and training to reporting users
- document solutions and data lineage
- troubleshoot operational solutions when necessary
- promote innovative solutions, stay up to date with technology developments
- provide reliable estimates and self-manage solution delivery
We expect from you
- a strong analytical foundation
- problem-solving, inquisitive and questioning mind
- enthusiasm, drive for excellence and self-development, flexibility, team player
- expertise in MS Power BI (incl. Power Query)
- expertise in design of reporting solutions that effectively present business information
- working experience in schema design, developing data models and proven ability to work with complex multi-system data sourcing
- working experience in relational databases (DQL, DDL, DML)
- working experience in ETL Tools such as Alteryx, Knime, Azure Data Factory
- bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- fluency in English (verbal and written)
- organizational, communication and writing skills are key personal elements for this role
Great but not a must
- working experience in client-facing activities such as requirements sessions, presentations, negotiations, Q&A, etc.
- working experience with Python
- working experience with data science topics
- working experience with other business intelligence technologies
- working experience in cloud environment
- data governance expertise
- working knowledge of Real Estate, Facilities, and Asset Management industry and practices, and technical knowledge of corporate real estate solutions
