Senior Hardware Designe Engineer

We are currently recruiting for the role of Senior Hardware Designe Engineer in Power Electronics Team who will bring value to Nevomo in all releated topics.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Designing and developing electronic circuits and PCB layouts for embedded systems using tools such as Autodesk Eagle, Altium Designer, KiCad
- Selecting and evaluating electronic components to meet performance, cost, and reliability requirements
- Performing schematic design, high-speed PCB layout, and signal integrity analysis to ensure optimal system performance
- Conducting hardware prototyping, testing, and debugging using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and other lab equipment
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (CE, FCC, RoHS, ISO)
- Collaborating with firmware/software engineers and mechanical designers to integrate hardware with embedded systems
- Documenting hardware designs, including schematics, BOMs, layout guidelines, and test plans
- Researching and implementing emerging technologies to enhance hardware performance and efficiency
- Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to continuous improvement of design methodologies
REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Power Electronics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hardware design, PCB layout, and embedded systems development
- Proficiency in PCB design tools such as Autodesk Eagle, Altium Designer, KiCad
- Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, including high-speed PCB layout and power electronics
- Experience in microprocessor-based system design, including selection, integration, and optimization of microprocessors/microcontrollers in embedded systems
- Experience with hardware validation, testing, and debugging using lab equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, logic analyzer)
- Understanding of signal integrity (SI), power integrity (PI), and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) principles
- Familiarity with microcontrollers, FPGAs, and embedded system architectures
- Knowledge of communication interfaces such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, and Ethernet
- Experience with hardware reliability, thermal management, and low-power design
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize designs for performance and cost
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and design reviews
