Salary range:
13,000-20,400 gross (Contract of Employment)
15,600-24,500 Before Tax (B2B Contract)
Joining Netguru as a Senior Product Designer means:

Your tasks and duties:
- designing world-class products (solving real design problems, not just painting pretty pictures),
- mentoring less experienced product designers and improving internal processes,
- conducting studies, analyses and user testing.
We want you onboard if you have:
- experience in Product design of digital products
- strong portfolio to prove the above,
- good knowledge of UX principles, validating design ideas with various methodologies
- strong command of written and spoken English (CEFR B2+),
- ability to present designs and convince stakeholders of the validity of your ideas,
- good knowledge of interactive design processes and methodologies,
- strong communication skills and work well with others,
- familiarity with prototyping tools.
It would be a plus if you have:
- been responsible for designing products that had successfully been launched,
- tested your designs with both online and onsite users,
- strong online portfolio (, Behance, Dribbble, Website).
