Currently we are looking for a Regular and Senior Product Manager:

• Freelance assignment: full-time, B2B contract.

• Salary range (Senior): from 95 PLN/h

• Salary range (Regular): from 60 PLN/h

• Working Hours: CET

• Start date: around mid July 2026

• Project duration: long term cooperation, first contract for 6 months

• Location: Remote (based in European Union)

Requirements

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Knowledge of WSJF (Weighted Shortest Job First) and other prioritization frameworks.

• Experience with digital products (web and/or mobile).

• Product discovery and data analytics skills.

• Ability to make data-driven product decisions and identify customer needs.

• Excellent written and spoken English level: C1.

Nice to have:

• Experience in medtech industry.

Responsibilities:

• Product and backlog management.

• Defining and managing the product roadmap and KPIs.

• Defining and communicating the product vision.

• Facilitating collaboration between business and IT stakeholders.
