Senior DevOps/Cloud Engineer (AWS)

About the project:

Payment sector project 💳focused on building an AWS environment for two applications and migrating them from their existing AWS environment. ☁️

Location: Warsaw

Hybrid work model – 2 days in the office per week, later to be agreed

What You’ll Do:

• Develop, implement and maintain infrastructure as code for various environments.

• Develop and maintain configuration as code, supporting service delivery end to end.

• Work closely with development and operations teams to ensure seamless deployment and scalability of applications.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by introducing new technologies and practices.

• Participate in the design and implementation of security measures to protect sensitive data.

We are looking for someone with:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cloud Engineer or DevOps Engineer

• Proficiency in cloud platforms, particularly AWS. ☁️

• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as Terraform.

• Familiarity with Linux/Unix administration and scripting languages (Bash, Python, Groovy, Go).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform or Azure. ☁️

• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and log management solutions (ELK stack).

• Understanding of network architecture and security best practices.

• Knowledge of database administration and performance tuning (SQL, NoSQL).

• Certifications in cloud technologies or DevOps methodologies.

• Experience working in a restricted, highly regulated environment (e.g., PCI).
