Develop a key system in a stable, modern project
For our technology partner – a leader in the payments industry – we are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join an experienced team developing systems for the financial sector.
The role focuses on building and maintaining a modern, scalable infrastructure to support business-critical applications. You’ll work closely with development teams to ensure smooth CI/CD processes, system reliability, and high availability in a hybrid cloud environment.
What You’ll Do:
Develop, implement and maintain infrastructure as code for various environments.
Develop and maintain configuration as code, supporting service delivery end to end.
Work closely with development and operations teams to ensure seamless deployment and scalability of applications.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by introducing new technologies and practices.
Participate in the design and implementation of security measures to protect sensitive data.
Who You Are:
We are looking for someone with:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in DevOps, SysAdmin, or similar roles.
Proficiency in cloud platforms (GCP, AWS or, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform).
Familiarity with Linux/Unix administration and scripting languages (Bash, Python, Groovy, Go).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Nice to Have:
Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and log management solutions (ELK stack).
Understanding of network architecture and security best practices.
Knowledge of database administration and performance tuning (SQL, NoSQL).
Certifications in cloud technologies or DevOps methodologies.
Experience in a restricted, highly regulated environment (PCI)
