Develop a key system in a stable, modern project

For our technology partner – a leader in the payments industry – we are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join an experienced team developing systems for the financial sector.

The role focuses on building and maintaining a modern, scalable infrastructure to support business-critical applications. You’ll work closely with development teams to ensure smooth CI/CD processes, system reliability, and high availability in a hybrid cloud environment.


What You’ll Do:


  • Develop, implement and maintain infrastructure as code for various environments.

  • Develop and maintain configuration as code, supporting service delivery end to end.

  • Work closely with development and operations teams to ensure seamless deployment and scalability of applications.

  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by introducing new technologies and practices.

  • Participate in the design and implementation of security measures to protect sensitive data.


Who You Are:


We are looking for someone with:


  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in DevOps, SysAdmin, or similar roles.

  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (GCP, AWS or, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform).

  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix administration and scripting languages (Bash, Python, Groovy, Go).

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


Nice to Have:


  • Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and log management solutions (ELK stack).

  • Understanding of network architecture and security best practices.

  • Knowledge of database administration and performance tuning (SQL, NoSQL).

  • Certifications in cloud technologies or DevOps methodologies.

  • Experience in a restricted, highly regulated environment (PCI)
