We are looking for a tech-savvy professional who thrives at the intersection of technology and business. As a Business Technical Services Analyst, you’ll become a trusted partner for a set of assigned clients, helping them manage their technical environments and ensure smooth operations.
This is a dynamic role combining technical troubleshooting, client communication, and solution analysis — ideal for someone with a problem-solving mindset and a drive to grow in the fintech space.
- Build strong relationships with assigned clients and understand their technical and business needs.
- Support technical solution configuration and documentation.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Analyze and resolve incidents (including participation in on-call rotation).
- Work closely with development, compliance, and service teams to ensure high service quality.
- Participate in internal and external projects, such as PCI audits and release management.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on client-specific environments and configurations.
- 1–2 years of experience in a technical analyst/support role (e.g. L2 support, implementation, business analysis).
- Good communication skills and fluent English (C1–C2).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Experience with APIs and tools like Postman.
- Willingness to work US hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM CET.
- Basic understanding of programming or financial systems is a plus.
- Experience in the financial or payments industry.
- Programming skills in Oracle PL/SQL, C/C++, .NET, or working knowledge of Linux/Unix.
- Knowledge of Prime Licensing, ITIL, or PMP certification.
- Experience gathering and documenting technical requirements.
- Familiarity with infrastructure and real-time system support.
