Workload Automation Specialist

Location | Remote (Stuttgart, Germany as base) with occasional travels to Stuttgart 2-3 days long every quarter

About the project

We are looking for a Workload Automation Specialist to support a recognized German manufacturer known for its innovation and high-quality products, with presence in over 160 countries.

Working hours: 13:00-21:00 CET

Technology stack:

• HCL Workload Automation (HWA) (formerly IBM Workload Scheduler)

• SAP Job Scheduling

• Linux administration and scripting skills

Responsibilities:

• Managing and overseeing workload automation tools

• Configuring and optimizing job scheduling in SAP

• Integrating HCL Workload Automation (HWA) with Linux-based systems

  
  

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience (mid to senior level)

• Advanced expertise in HCL Workload Automation (HWA)

• Proficiency in Linux administration and scripting

• Deep understanding of enterprise systems integration

• Experience in architecture (building, running, and planning)

• Management skills

• English proficiency is mandatory; knowledge of German is an advantage
