Technical Support and Integration Specialist
We are an Authorized Electronic Money Institution (EMI) operating under a licence granted by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. We are building our own core banking technology and BaaS platform using Python and Django, backed by PostgreSQL and deployed on AWS, while leveraging modern frontend technologies such as React, Next.js, React Native, React Query, and TypeScript to deliver fast, scalable, and user-friendly web and mobile experiences.
We are looking for a Technical Support and Integration Specialist to expand our small remotely working team.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve technical support tickets and handle bugs / technical issues.
Perform manual an write automated tests
Support and troubleshoot API integrations for business customers.
Provide hands-on integration support for BaaS partners
Contribute to API documentation
Collaborate closely with frontend and backend engineers
Requirements:
4+ years in QA, technical support, or API integration (fintech/payments is a big plus).
Experience in writing automated tests
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and debugging.
Ability to organize your own work, set priorities, and manage your time independently.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
