As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring top-tier software quality for a cutting-edge technology company. This isn’t just about testing, it’s about designing and implementing intelligent automation and AI-driven quality systems to enhance product performance, reliability, and user satisfaction. You’ll work closely with Development, DevOps, and QA teams to create, code, and scale automated testing frameworks.

Additionally, you’ll lead the charge in integrating AI-powered testing solutions, such as self-correcting scripts and predictive analytics, to deliver faster, smarter quality results. This hands-on engineering role offers significant impact: you’ll write test code, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and embed AI to revolutionize quality assurance in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.

💡 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable automated test frameworks for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

• Build and integrate AI-driven testing tools, including self-healing scripts, predictive defect detection, and anomaly identification.

• Partner with developers, DevOps, and QA teams to incorporate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

• Create and execute test strategies, plans, and cases to ensure robust coverage and quality metrics.

• Perform manual testing for complex or new features as needed.

• Analyze test results, provide actionable insights, and drive ongoing improvements in testing processes.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Java and test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Maven/Gradle, Cucumber, REST API frameworks).

• Practical experience with AI-driven testing or ML techniques for optimizing test processes.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI) and version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST-assured) and SQL for backend validation.

• Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling) is a plus.

• Familiarity with native iOS applications and Android payment solutions is an advantage.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
