Senior Project Manager with Embedded background

Currently we are looking for a Senior Project Manager with Embedded background to join our Delivery Unit to drive impactful projects in the world of IoT and embedded systems!

Here, you’ll be actively involved in shaping and expanding our Embedded direction, working with cross-functional teams to enhance our expertise, drive innovation, and ensure the successful delivery of complex embedded solutions. You’ll collaborate with industry experts, participate in key technology events, and help strengthen N-iX’s position in the Embedded domain.

Responsibilities:


• Managing multiple projects and teams
• Communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations
• Building and maintenance of relationships with clients, identifying growth opportunities with existing clients, etc.)
• Manage team’s performance appraisals, salary reviews, development plans, etc
• Resource planning and staffing. Motivating and developing project/account teams
• Ensure teams follow best practices on the project
• Track project progress, ensure smooth processes and execution process improvements
• Travel to the client for business trips when necessary

Requirements:

• Strong technical background in embedded systems development, with experience as a Software Engineer or in a similar role.
• 3+ years of experience managing embedded/IoT projects as a Lead/ PM/ Manager or similar roles
• Proven experience in engagement and pre-sales activities
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Being able to travel for business trips

Nice to have:

• PMP certificate (or similar)
• Experience with Embedded Linux / QT / QML / Yocto etc.
