Senior .Net Engineer

Our client is a global network of business units specializing in industrial automation, offering tailored solutions for industries such as manufacturing, energy, and infrastructure. The company emphasizes sustainable practices, aiming to optimize operations while minimizing environmental impact. Client’s comprehensive expertise ensures the development of smart, scalable solutions that enhance production processes and meet the specific needs of its clients.

The project concerns a major Food & Beverage client who wants to digitize their production processes. The scope of the project includes the development of an MES/MOM software template (materials & stock, device interfaces, SAP-interfaces, geanology, recipes, order management, task & instruction management, preweighing, ... etc) as well as the configuration/implementation of this template for a first production site. This project has just started and is scheduled to finish Q1 2026.

Must have requirements:

• .NET Framework 4.8
• .NET Core
• .NET Standard
• MS SQL 2019/2022
• Azure Devops / GIT / Pull Requests / Kanban board
• Good English knowledge (speaking and writing)
• Availability full-time

Nice to have:

• Siemens Opcenter Execution knowledge
• MES (Manufacturing Execution System) or MOM (Manufacturing Operations- Management) knowledge
• Mendix UI Frontend development

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain MES/MOM software solutions
• Design and develop software components using .NET Framework 4.8, .NET Core, and .NET Standard, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Follow best practices in software development, including code reviews, pull requests, and agile methodologies
• Ensure high-quality software solutions by conducting thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of applications.
• Participate in requirement analysis and design discussions, providing technical insights and recommendations.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment and support of solutions in production environments.
