Middle/Senior DevOps Engineer (Part-time)

We are looking for a Middle/Senior DevOps Engineer with strong experience in Azure for part-time involvement (50%)

The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions. The role requires collaboration with development teams to ensure smooth deployment pipelines and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain Azure-based infrastructure and services

• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for multiple applications

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance and reliability

• Implement security best practices and compliance standards

• Collaborate with development and QA teams to support deployment processes

• Support cloud cost optimization and resource management

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure services (VMs, App Services, Functions, Storage, Networking).

• Expertise in CI/CD tools and processes (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.)

• Solid understanding of infrastructure-as-code (ARM, Terraform, or Bicep)

• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)

• Good communication skills in English

• Ability to travel to Norway occasionally

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics)

• Knowledge of security and compliance in cloud environments

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
