Mutares SE & Co. Mutares actively support its portfolio companies with its own investment and consulting teams and through strategic add-on acquisitions. Within our OPS team, we are looking to hire a leader who has a successful track record in IT with a continuous improvement attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset. This role will be located at portfolio companies, on site across Europe.
As an integral part of the IT-practice within the Mutares Consulting branch, you will support the team with regards to:
- Lead the IT carve out projects, work and support the local team and portfolio company
- Support M&A Team by conducting IT Due Diligences and support in IT related consultancy
- Analysis of portfolio companies data structure, processes and tools, as well as the development of digital target pictures and monitoring of the implementation process
- Involve in IT budgeting planning process of portfolio companies and align with CRO / Head of local IT
- Co-develop IT Audit framework and conduct annual IT Audits and at portfolio companies
- Completed university study in the area of computer science, economical computer science or similar technical studies
- 4-8 years of work experience in a corporate IT, IT consulting or other IT related function
- Experience in at least 3 of the following domains: ERP, IT Architecture, Client / App Management, IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, IT Migration, IT Service Management, with ERP / SAP strongly preferred
- Certification in PMI, ITIL, SAP, Microsoft 365 or similar preferred
- Business fluency in Polish and English combined with the willingness to travel up to 80% of the week
