Mudita, a tech company focused on creating healthier technology, is looking for a person to lead the DevOps team.
The DevOps team plays a central role in maintaining and developing the technical infrastructure (both on-premises and in the cloud), automating processes and supporting the company's business goals. We are looking for someone with a solid technical background and practical skills, who has a wide range of competencies in the areas of infrastructure, automation and IT security. The candidate should be able to independently design, implement and maintain modern IT environments, while planning the team's work and supporting them in achieving successes.
This role is directly under the IT Director, managing a 2-person team + external suppliers.

IT support - maintenance and technical support for co-workers, solving everyday system and hardware problems

Creating and updating a company's security policy

Designing secure, resilient and fail-safe IT environments

Virtual Machine (VM) Management - Proxmox, VPS

Creating computer networks and ensuring network security and monitoring - VPN, IP networks, routing, firewalls

IT Infrastructure Automation (IaC)

Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, especially using GitHub Actions

Organization and planning of team work

Supporting team members in their development

Defining and enforcing good documentation standards

Prioritization of tasks

Strong technical background

Experience with virtualization solutions, especially Proxmox

Hands-on experience with tools: JIRA, Google Workspace, Slack, GIT, Markdown, Draw.io, Mermaid, Terraform, Ansible, Amazon Web Services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, FaaS)

Experience in automating infrastructure management using tools such as Terraform and Ansible

Knowledge of container technologies (e.g. Docker) and the ability to create and manage container-based environments

Experience in implementing monitoring tools and log collection systems – ensuring visibility of environment operation and early detection of anomalies

Knowledge of different types of databases, their applications and basic maintenance principles
