Network Engineer

We’re looking for a proactive and skilled Network Engineer to manage and support our HP Aruba network infrastructure, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security across our LAN/WLAN environments. This role involves hands-on administration of Aruba switches, access points, and controllers, along with monitoring and troubleshooting using industry-standard tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain HP Aruba network devices including switches, access points, and controllers.

• Perform routine configuration, monitoring, and maintenance to ensure optimal network performance.

• Monitor network health and performance using tools like Aruba Central, AirWave, and ClearPass.

• Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and high availability.

• Assist in deploying new Aruba hardware and performing firmware upgrades.

• Maintain accurate network documentation, including topology maps and equipment inventory.

• Implement and enforce best practices for Aruba device configuration and network security.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day network operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience with HP Aruba switches, access points, and controllers.

• Strong understanding of LAN/WLAN technologies and networking protocols.

• Hands-on experience with Aruba Central, AirWave, and ClearPass.

• Solid troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex network issues.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
