We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Front-End Developer to join our vibrant and international team. As a Senior Front-End Developer, you will play a central role in crafting and implementing outstanding web solutions that drive results for our diverse range of high-profile clients.

About the role:

As a Senior Front-End Developer at Mozaiq, your role will be central and influential. You will lead the design and implementation of visually appealing, high-performance web interfaces using cutting-edge frontend technologies including React.js, Vue.js, and Vanilla JavaScript. Working closely with our design, product, and backend teams, you will drive technical excellence and innovation to deliver projects that exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Become a key member of an international marketing team, focusing on the digital aspect of campaigns and online presence.
• Architect, develop, test, and deploy robust web applications, leveraging Vanilla JavaScript, Vue.js, and React.js to create scalable, high-quality solutions.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in Vanilla JavaScript, as you may be required to maintain and refactor legacy code while integrating modern development practices.
• Translate designs from Figma into pixel-perfect, responsive web pages and web apps that deliver an outstanding user experience.
• Collaborate with international marketing, design, and backend teams to ensure that project requirements are fully understood and met.
• Advocate for high code testability by integrating comprehensive testing practices—including unit, regression, and end-to-end tests—to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews, sharing best practices and advanced techniques to elevate the team's overall performance.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Actively contribute to our Agile development process, ensuring timely project delivery while continuously improving our workflows.
• Contribute to strategic technical decisions and help shape the future of our front-end architecture by advocating for industry best practices in code maintainability, testing, and scalability.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Front-End Developer, with a proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects.
• Advanced knowledge of Vanilla JavaScript and proficiency in frameworks such as Vue.js and React.js.
• Demonstrated ability to implement various testing methodologies, including unit, regression, and end-to-end tests, using modern testing tools and practices.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing responsive web designs and utilizing CSS preprocessors like SASS.
• Excellent analytical skills with a strong focus on delivering high-quality, efficient code.
• Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring junior team members and driving technical excellence is a plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, as all internal communications are conducted in English.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a diverse, international team environment.
• Proficiency in version control systems (preferably Git) and familiarity with Agile development practices and project management tools such as JIRA.

The work is remote as our team is spread across the continents. We are open to flexible hours, however we may need you to be online between 18:00 and 20:30 CET (as part of the marketing team is US based, 6-9 hours behind).
