Responsibilites and Tasks:

• Creating and maintaining customer, vendor, employee Master Data records in accordance with MOWI process standards
• Ensuring that Master Data requests are handled according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Performing analyses, preparing reports and clean-up activities in ERP systems
• Cooperation with other master data employees and supporting on daily duties
• Communicating with data owner if corrective actions need to be taken; ensuring that data quality issues are analyzed and if valid, resolved
• Keeping documentation for realizing processes updated
• Performing Internal Controls
• Supporting development and optimization of Master Data procedures, standards and tools/systems
• Supporting projects where Master Data input is required and brings added value
• Developing understanding of all Master Data areas and assist other departments
• Back up team members regarding the daily tasks whenever necessary and requested by the manager

Key Competences:

• Min. 1 year of experience in Master Data
• Very good command of the English language (min. B2)
• Good Excel skills
• Problem solving and good analytical skills
• Ability to manage complexity, prioritize tasks effectively with an enthusiastic can-do attitude
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Team player attitude
• Ability to work effectively in an dynamic & international environment
• Availability for shift work
• Good knowledge of M3 will be a huge advantage
• Experience in PowerBI, SQL would be an additional advantage
• Experience in transitions or work in SSC will be a plus
• Nice to have: knowledge of French, Japanese or Chinese
