    • PM in most of the projects has one dedicated Dev Team with Dev Team-lead at the forefront
    • Popular tech stack: Worpdress, Laravel, Magento, PrestaShop, different custom solutions based on PHP and VUE front
    • Number of projects per PM: 2 to 3 in case of mid/regular level
    • Direct communication with clients and Dev & Design team
