Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the UX design process from concept to implementation, ensuring a seamless, intuitive, and engaging user experience across all web platforms
- Define the optimal user journey across the website and work with the business to project manage implementation globally
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including web developers, content strategists, marketing professionals, data analysts and product managers, to integrate UX strategies into the design and development lifecycle.
- Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas and facilitate iterative feedback.
- Analyze user feedback and website usage data to identify areas for improvement and validate design solutions.
- Establish and promote UX design guidelines, best practices, and standards to maintain a high level of quality across all digital touchpoints.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure technical feasibility and proper implementation of UX designs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, tools, and technologies to keep the company at the forefront of digital design innovation.
- Advocate for the end-user, ensuring that user needs are at the forefront of our design and business strategies.
Basic requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX web design, with a proven track record of successful website projects.
- Expertise in Figma
- Strong understanding of responsive design, web accessibility standards, and mobile-first design principles.
- Strong understanding of design SEO impacts
- Proficiency in user research methodologies and usability testing
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
