Job Description

The Krakow Enterprise Video Security organization is looking for an experienced Quality Coach who will coach, mentor, and work with two or more development teams to support them to collectively own and improve their quality. You will be a passionate advocate for quality and will provide facilitation, experimentation, visualization, and evaluation.

You will help the team to deliver new functionalities with high quality, assess automated test coverage for owned components and understand the required level of effort for testing new releases. You will cooperate with the Quality Director to provide feedback to the new Quality Initiatives and will help to adopt them in the teams. You will surface the needs to expand our Test Environment and issues with its stability.

Basic Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software system testing
• Ability to collaborate with development teams to enhance their commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
• Experience as a Test Leader or Test Architect
• Experience in test automation
• English language skills at level allowing efficient communication

Optional Qualifications

• Skilled in Python, Selenium
• Experience with Continuous Integration
• Exposure to Video Management Systems
