As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a key member of a cross-functional team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable e-commerce applications. Responsibilities:

Technical Ownership

• Own the architecture, scalability, and performance of e-commerce applications as a senior technical expert.

• Design and develop clean, maintainable, and high-performance systems following best practices.

• Contribute directly to the codebase and actively participate in technical discussions, proposing robust solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product, Design, UX, and Program Management to deliver roadmap objectives.

• Help identify dependencies and remove technical blockers across engineering and partner teams.

Culture & Continuous Improvement

• Promote engineering efficiency through automation, reuse, and modern design patterns.

• Support defining and analysing technical KPIs that contribute to continuous improvement.

• Champion code quality through code reviews, technical documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities.

Requirements:

Technical Expertise

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with production systems.

• Strong proficiency in Java or Kotlin and modern backend development ecosystems.

• Solid understanding of agile, lean, and DevOps principles and their practical application.

Collaboration & Communication

• Strong interpersonal skills with empathy for engineers, customers, and stakeholders.

• Excellent communication skills, with fluent English, enabling clarity and alignment across teams.
