Guidewire Developer / Tech Lead

Moondigo is a technology company specializing in DevOps, DevSecOps, and cloud services. It helps organizations accelerate software delivery, enhance security, and optimize IT infrastructure.

We’re looking for an experienced Guidewire Developer / Tech Lead to join a large-scale, long-term insurance project.You’ll be part of a dynamic, international team, taking on a technical leadership role to mentor mid-level and junior developers, enforce best coding practices, and drive software development processes.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience as a software developer, ideally in a Tech Lead or Architect role

• Strong commercial experience with Guidewire, especially PolicyCenter

• Proficiency in Java and/or Gosu

• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL

• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and CI/CD workflows

• Fluent English – essential for working in international teams

• Openness to occasional travel

• Availability to work full time

Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Guidewire modules – mainly PolicyCenter. 

• But BillingPolicy is also nice to have

• Review and write code (Java/Gosu), ensure test coverage and code quality.

• Integrate Guidewire with external systems

• Lead DevOps processes, CI/CD automation, and best engineering practices

• Support recruitment efforts for technical team members

• Participate in occasional business trips (once per quarter)
