We are looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer who will join our team and help us create innovative web and mobile applications.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who

• Has extensive experience with Ruby on Rails
• Knows their way around both SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with cloud hosting providers (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud, Digital Ocean, Heroku)
• Checks their code with unit and integration tests (e.g. RSpec)
• Equipped with real-world GIT experience
• Comfortable with the UNIX/Linux command line
• Working knowledge of creating and maintaining infrastructure using terraform
• Create and maintain CI and deployment pipelines using Github Actions
• Has experience with Docker
• Is passionate about continuous learning and staying current with the latest technology trends
• Values diverse perspectives and enjoys collaborating with a variety of people and ideas
• Takes pride in delivering high-quality work and always maintains professionalism
• Communicates effectively in both spoken and written English
• Has experience across the entire project lifecycle from kickoff through to production deployment and ongoing maintenance
• Writes clean and SOLID code that adheres to best practices
• Thinks critically and is able to choose suitable architecture for a project (we like but are not limited to clean architecture, services-based)

Bonus points if you

• Are comfortable working within an agile, iterative environment, including estimating time and managing feedback
• Are experienced working with legacy codebases
• Have experience with Kubernetes and/or AWS Fargate

• Mentor and guide less experienced developers, helping them grow and succeed
• Proactively contribute to improving our development processes, always looking for ways to enhance efficiency and quality
• Participate in our code review process to uphold the highest standards of code quality

Salary

15 000 - 25 000 PLN + VAT (B2B Contract)/monthly

or 12 450 - 20 750 PLN gross on an employment contract (UoP)/monthly

Negotiable depending on skills, experience and your potential.
