Project Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team to support the development of e-commerce projects. We are looking for a committed person with a "can do" attitude, who thrives in an international environment, is communicative and does well in negotiations. The ideal candidate understands that change is an inherent part of the job and is able to take responsibility for solving problems.

In this position, you will work closely with the Program Manager, supporting his activities and replacing him in certain areas, if necessary. If you have experience in running large, international projects, have worked in agile methodologies and have experience in working with project tracking systems, then this offer is for you.

Daily duties:

• Assist and replace the Program Manager in day-to-day work 
• Manage holistically assigned projects according to the methodology chosen (scope, timeframe, budget)
• Follow the roadmap, keep it updated and track any deviations, control project progress
• Cooperate closely with in-house stakeholders and customers and provide them with accurate project status
• Flag project risks and ensure those are proper mitigated
• Schedule and cost control
• Record and analyze project documentation

Salary:

Contact of employment: 8000- 13000 PLN gross

B2B: 10000 -15000 net plus VAT

Wymagania

• at least 3 years of experience on similar position
• Proficiency at using English 
• Practical knowledge of IT field, specifically e-commerce
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluance
• Analytical thinking and problem solving approach
• Good time management and work organization skills
• Proactiveness and willingness to network

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Magento
• knowledge and practice of content management systems (CMS)
