We’re looking for an Software Engineering Tech Lead. In this role, you’ll leverage your deep technical expertise and sound judgment to steer critical projects, provide architectural direction, and elevate the work of those around you. This role is ideal for engineers who excel at using their technical expertise to drive impact - both through their own work and by guiding and inspiring others to achieve excellence.

The role is based in our Warsaw office - established in 2022, it is a growing hub for engineers who love solving impactful problems. About The Role

• Be part of an R&D domain technical leadership, closely affect the company products architecture and craftsmanship.

• Evolve our architecture and engineering to support the ever growing scale of users, features and data.

• Work with a small team of experienced and highly talented developers in a CI/CD environment with cutting edge technologies.

• Work closely with Product and Design, taking full responsibility and ownership from conception to post-deployment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Our Stack - React.JS, Redux, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, AWS, Elastic Search, Redis, MySQL - while we don't require previous experience with the exact technologies, this is what you can expect to work with and you'll need to get comfortable with.

Your Experience & Skills

• Strong proven technical skills and a passion for developing products that people love and use everyday.

• Technical leadership experience (Architect/ tech lead or similar roles).

• Experience building user facing products on the web or distributed infrastructure in large scale.

• Experience in Full-stack development.

• Understanding of product and a passion for building software that provides a great experience.

• Team player, strong communication skills, and empathetic.

• Focus on quality, simplicity and speed of execution.

What to expect next?

• First up, you'll have a quick 15-20 minute chat with our Talent Acquisition Partner.

• If that goes well, we'll move forward to technical stages that might include: coding interview, end2end interview, and system design interview. Each interview lasts 1 hour.

• If successful, we'd love to meet you in person too! So, the final stages will be in our Warsaw office, where you'll have a Management Interview and an HR Interview, each lasting about an hour.

• If everything clicks, we'll be thrilled to offer you a spot on our team!
