Our Reliability Engineering team will be focused on building tools to ensure the robustness and reliability of our production environment together with high paced development cycles and fast engineering growth.
The role is based in our Warsaw office - established in 2022, it is a growing hub for engineers who love solving impactful problems. Teams here work on a broad range of challenges that push the boundaries of our products and infrastructure.
- Work with a team of experienced and highly talented developers in a global scale environment with cutting edge technologies.
- Lead reliability efforts like chaos engineering, performance testing and more.
- Create best practices, enforcements and processes with the engineering org to improve our production reliability.
- Work closely with Infrastructure and devOps teams who are responsible for a distributed cloud production environment.
- Work closely with Engineering teams, taking full responsibility and ownership from conception to post-deployment in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Our Stack - React.JS, Redux, ES6, Ruby on Rails, node.js, Elastic Search, Redis, Memcached, MySQL, Docker, AWS, Mac/Linux.
- Strong technical skills, experience in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting distributed systems.
- Experienced with understanding the full application release cycle (CI/CD).
- Familiar with cloud services and modern web applications at scale.
- Experience with chaos engineering and performance testing.
- Ability to see the bigger picture and carry out system architecture planning.
- Ability to lead cross team efforts - great interpersonal skills.
- Proven DevOps and Infrastructure experience -advantage.
- Understanding of product and a passion for building software that impacts millions of users.
- Team player, egoless, strong communication skills, and empathetic.
- Degree in Computer Science (not a must; we're always looking for super talented people).
- First up, you'll have a quick 15-20 minute chat with our Talent Acquisition Partner.
- If that goes well, we'll move forward to technical stages that include: coding interview (90 minutes) and system design interview (1 hour).
- If successful, we'd love to meet you in person too! So, the final stages will be in our Warsaw office, where you'll have a Management Interview and an HR Interview, each lasting about an hour.
