We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to take on infrastructure, CI/CD, and developer experience challenges. In this role, you’ll lead mission-critical projects, drive infrastructure innovation, and collaborate across teams to improve scalability, reliability, and development workflows. You’ll shape the backbone of our platform while mentoring others and ensuring operational excellence.
The role is based in our Warsaw office - established in 2022, it is a growing hub for engineers who love solving impactful problems. - Collaborate with a small team of experienced and highly talented engineers in a global, fast-paced environment.
- Design, build, and manage scalable infrastructure with high availability and performance.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and internal tooling - from conception to post-deployment.
- Drive improvements in developer experience by optimizing build times, debugging capabilities, and tooling ergonomics.
- Continuously automate and refine operational processes to increase system resilience and reduce manual toil.
- Work closely with software engineers to enable seamless integration, deployment, and observability of new features.

Our Stack - Kubernetes, AWS, ArgoCD, Docker, Terraform, Prometheus, Grafana, GitHub Actions.
- Proven experience as a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineer in high-scale production environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and DevEx principles.
- Deep experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Skilled in infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD systems (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Experience improving developer workflows and tooling, including build/test/deploy pipelines and local dev environments.
- Proficient in scripting and automation (e.g., Bash, Node, or similar).
- Familiar with monitoring, alerting, and logging stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Strong architectural thinking and a passion for building reliable, scalable systems.
- Excellent communication skills, a team-first mindset, and a passion for developer empowerment.
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (not required - we value impact and experience over formal education).
- First up, you'll have a quick 15-20 minute chat with our Talent Acquisition Partner.
- If that goes well, we'll move forward to technical stages that might include: coding interview (90 minutes), and system design interview (1 hour).
- If successful, we'd love to meet you in person too! So, the final stages will be in our Warsaw office, where you'll have a Management Interview and an HR Interview, each lasting about an hour.
