We combine deep industry expertise, strategic consulting, and full-stack development to create solutions that drive growth, compliance, and patient impact.

We believe in technology that makes healthcare more accessible, efficient, and human-centered.

About the Role:

We are looking for a WordPress Developer who is comfortable building modern, well-structured, and accessible websites using WordPress. The role focuses on implementing high-quality front-end and editorial experiences, particularly for clients in the financial and public sectors.

You will primarily work on established WordPress platforms, including Multisite environments, contributing to feature development, theme implementation, and ongoing improvements with a strong emphasis on code quality, maintainability, and WCAG compliance.

Requirements:

  • Experience developing custom WordPress themes and extending existing plugins

  • Ability to create Gutenberg blocks using Advanced Custom Fields (ACF); familiarity with native blocks is a plus

  • Good understanding of WordPress core concepts and APIs, including WP_Query, wpdb, and the WordPress Loop

  • Proficiency in PHP and understanding of basic Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts

  • Experience applying WordPress Coding Standards and best practices

  • Solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and working familiarity with jQuery

  • Experience integrating external services via REST APIs (primarily consuming endpoints)

  • Ability to integrate and configure popular WordPress plugins such as ACF, WPML, and Yoast SEO

  • Understanding of WordPress file structure, database basics, and core functionality

  • Ability to accurately implement designs from Figma, including layout, typography, spacing, and responsive behavior, with attention to detail and consistency

  • Experience using Git and working with version control in team-based workflows

  • Basic familiarity with WordPress Multisite environments

  • Awareness of WCAG accessibility standards and willingness to apply accessibility best practices in day-to-day work

Nice to have:

  • Experience with modern build tools such as Webpack

  • Familiarity with Composer and dependency management in WordPress projects

  • Knowledge of CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap

  • Experience using WP-CLI for common development and maintenance tasks

  • Basic understanding of WordPress performance optimization techniques (caching, asset optimization, Core Web Vitals)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes tailored to client needs, with a focus on performance, and long-term maintainability

  • Implement designs provided in Figma with high accuracy, ensuring consistency across browsers and devices

  • Build intuitive and user-friendly editorial experiences using Gutenberg and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF)

  • Collaborate closely with designers and project managers to deliver complete, high-quality solutions

  • Ensure accessibility (WCAG), SEO, and responsive design best practices are consistently followed

  • Develop simple custom plugins or extend existing plugins when required by the project scope

  • Maintain high code quality by adhering to WordPress coding standards and utilizing Git-based workflows

  • Work with WordPress Multisite environments, managing shared themes, plugins, and configurations across multiple sites

What We Value:

  • Clarity in focus and dedication to building digital products that elevate healthcare and improve quality of life.

  • Flair to face challenges with boldness, creativity, and a proactive mindset.

  • Grit to take ownership, stay ambitious, and deliver refined, high-quality solutions.

  • Impact through meaningful innovation that makes pioneering medical discoveries accessible and human-centered.

  • Ability to collaborate efficiently in teams of technical and non-technical individuals, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving objectives and iteration with users.

What we offer:

  • Modern Workspace: We provide a modern and comfortable office environment, right in the heart of Wrocław.

Thinking of applying? Awesome! Here’s what happens next:

As a standard, we keep our recruitment processes short and to the point. Here is a detailed breakdown of the workflow for this position:

  1. Initial phone interview (20 min): We'll have a quick chat to get to know each other and discuss your experience. It's a great opportunity for us both to see if there's a good fit.

  2. Recruitment task: Following the interview, we will send you a short task to complete. You will have three working days to complete and return it.

  3. Technical interview (45-60 min): If your task is successful, you'll be invited to a technical interview. You will meet with a senior team member to dive deeper into your technical knowledge and discuss your solution.

  4. Culture fit meeting (20-30 min): Next, you'll have a relaxed chat with our IT Team Manager and a recruiter. We'll talk about our company values and see if your working style aligns with ours. As part of this stage, we will also ask you to provide professional work references to help us better understand your experience in the context of teamwork and our company culture.

  5. Meeting with the CEO (15 min): If you successfully pass the previous stages, we will invite you to meet with our CEO. This is a unique chance to hear firsthand about the company's vision, mission, and long-term goals, and to ask questions about the direction we are heading

  6. ‍Decision and feedback: After all the stages are complete, we'll get back to you with our final decision and detailed feedback on your application.
