Role overview:

Join Momentum and transform patient care with your ML expertise! We're seeking a passionate Machine Learning Engineer with Python, skilled in TensorFlow/Keras, LangChain/LlamaIndex, and data analysis tools. If you love building innovative solutions and are excited to share your knowledge, we'd love to welcome you to our team!

Requirements:

• Strong experience with development and deployment of machine learning models

• Strong knowledge of one of Python machine learning frameworks (Tensorflow/Keras)

• Strong knowledge of data analysis and presentation tools (Matplotlib, Pandas, …)

• Proficiency in Python language

• Good knowledge of one of LLM frameworks (LangChain/LlamaIndex)

• Good knowledge of object oriented programming

• Good knowledge of any of the popular Python web frameworks/libraries (Django, FastAPI)

• Fair knowledge of relational databases (experience with non-relational databases is a plus)

• Knowledge of Unix systems and shell

• Experience with CI/CD, deployment tools and Git

• Enthusiasm for sharing knowledge

• Fluent written and spoken English

• Fluent written and spoken Polish

• Experience with AWS or similar platform

• Experience with Docker

Responsibilities:

• Work with LLM models, NLP tools and AI agents

• Develop, integrate and deploy machine learning models

As a standard, we keep our recruitment processes short and to the point. Here is a detailed breakdown of the workflow for this position:

1. Initial phone interview (20 min): We'll have a quick chat to get to know each other and discuss your experience. It's a great opportunity for us both to see if there's a good fit.

2. Recruitment task: Following the interview, we will send you a short task to complete. You will have three working days to complete and return it.

3. Technical interview (45-60 min): If your task is successful, you'll be invited to a technical interview. You will meet with a senior team member to dive deeper into your technical knowledge and discuss your solution.

4. Culture fit meeting (20-30 min): Next, you'll have a relaxed chat with our IT Team Manager and a recruiter. We'll talk about our company values and see if your working style aligns with ours. As part of this stage, we will also ask you to provide professional work references to help us better understand your experience in the context of teamwork and our company culture.

5. Meeting with the CEO (15 min): If you successfully pass the previous stages, we will invite you to meet with our CEO. This is a unique chance to hear firsthand about the company's vision, mission, and long-term goals, and to ask questions about the direction we are heading

6. ‍Decision and feedback: After all the stages are complete, we'll get back to you with our final decision and detailed feedback on your application.
