The Role:
We're looking for an IT Business Analyst (Solution Consultant) who thrives at the intersection of healthcare and technology. You'll be the bridge between client needs and technical solutions, turning complex healthcare challenges into clear product roadmaps.
Picture this: A startup founder comes to you with a vision for improving patient monitoring. Your job is to understand their world – the clinical workflows, the regulatory constraints, the user pain points – and then work with our team to design a solution that's both technically feasible and commercially viable.
You'll spend your days talking to healthcare professionals, leading workshops where you dig deep into their challenges, and then translating what you learn into clear technical requirements that our developers can actually build. It's part detective work, part strategy consulting, and part product design.
What You'll Do:
Lead discovery workshops with healthcare clients to understand their business needs and define product requirements
Create technical presentations and proposals that translate healthcare solutions into clear business value
Develop accurate project estimates and pricing based on scope, complexity, and compliance requirements
Support the sales team during client consultations by gathering requirements and preparing winning offers
Bridge business needs with technical possibilities by working closely with development teams
Monitor healthcare tech trends and regulations to ensure solutions meet industry standards
What We Need:
Must Have:
3+ years in IT - business analysis, software consulting, or product strategy
Healthcare industry knowledge - you understand workflows, patient data, and industry challenges
Product definition skills - you can identify target groups, problems, solutions, and value propositions
Project estimation experience - you've created accurate scopes and cost estimates before
Client-facing excellence - you can lead workshops, present solutions, and build confidence
Sales collaboration experience - you've worked with sales teams on offers and pricing
IT delivery understanding - you know how development works and what's technically feasible
Business analysis toolkit - process modeling, benchmarking, requirements gathering
Agile experience and technical feasibility assessment
Communication skills - proactive, collaborative, team-focused
Language skills - English and Polish at C1 level
Nice to Have:
Medical/clinical background - nursing, biomedical engineering, health informatics
Wearables knowledge - Apple Health, Garmin, Fitbit, Oura, Whoop
Emerging tech awareness - AI, ML, healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, FDA)
HealthTech experience - startups, medical devices, or digital health platforms

Here is a detailed breakdown of the workflow for this position:
Initial phone interview (20-25 min): We'll have a quick chat to get to know each other and discuss your experience. It's a great opportunity for us both to see if there's a good fit.
Recruitment task: Following the interview, we will send you a short task to complete. This practical exercise is designed to let you showcase your skills and approach to problem-solving in a real-world scenario.
Interview with BA Lead and/or Head of Growth (60-90 min): Successful candidates will be invited to meet with your potential manager(s). This is a deeper dive into your technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a chance for you to learn more about the specifics of the role and the team.
Meeting with the CEO (15 min): If you successfully pass the previous stages, we will invite you to meet with our CEO. This is a unique chance to hear firsthand about the company's vision, mission, and long-term goals, and to ask questions about the direction we are heading
Decision and feedback: After all the stages are complete, we'll get back to you with our final decision and detailed feedback on your application.
