• Communicate and coordinate across diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency in everything we do

• Prioritize—balancing speed, quality, and customer needs to focus on what truly matters
• Guiding teams and projects with confidence, clarity, and strong leadership presence
• Resolve conflicts and foster collaboration, especially between product, business, and engineering stakeholders
• Sense team dynamics and customer pain points, proactively surfacing and addressing issues with empathy and tact
