Junior AI Project Manager / Business Analyst
About us
We're mlnative, an AI-first company building our own products that automate document processing across industries — from shipbuilding to HR. We ship real solutions used by real companies, not prototypes. We're early stage and fully self-funded — no VC pressure, no artificial growth targets. Just real products, real customers, and a lot of room to shape how we work.
Who we're looking for
You're excited about building AI-powered products for the shipbuilding industry.
You enjoy working with technology and software and want to keep developing in that direction.
You like working with people and aren't afraid to actively participate in — and contribute to — meetings.
You're assertive and think critically — you speak up, challenge assumptions, and aren't afraid to say "no" when it's needed.
You enjoy analyzing data and using it to make better decisions.
You've worked in a team before and have a collaborative mindset.
You're comfortable working under time pressure and can keep things moving when deadlines get tight.
You're well-organized — you can manage your own time, tasks and follow-ups without being chased.
You proactively initiate contact and adapt your communication style to different audiences — clients, vendors, engineers, partners.
