UX Product Designer (Strategy & Discovery Focus) - regular/senior

Tasks

• Lead or co-lead Discovery and Definition phases to understand problems, user needs, and business goals.

• Organize and run Design Thinking and ideation workshops with clients and internal teams.

• Conduct or support user research and usability testing to collect insights for strategic decisions.

• Analyse market, competition, and data to identify opportunities and potential risks.

• Define key strategic product elements such as Personas, Journey Maps, Value Proposition, and Product Vision.

• Drive or support the end-to-end design process, from concept and UX to overseeing the UI/visual implementation.

• Present and communicate design decisions to stakeholders, backed by research and business goals.

• Educate clients on design methodologies and help them build strategy-driven, insight-based products.

• Contribute to maintaining and improving standards within the design team.

Must have

• 2+ years of experience in Product Design, including hands-on work in Discovery/Definition and workshop facilitation in commercial projects.

• A portfolio that clearly shows your thinking, role in projects, and strategic outcomes (research, problem framing, workshop results).

• Strong communication and facilitation skills for leading effective workshops and discussions.

• Practical experience in user research and usability testing.

• Strong analytical and organisational skills so you can translate complex findings into clear next steps.

• Confident use of Figma for creating maps, diagrams, flows, and conceptual prototypes.

• Fluent English and Polish (B2+).

Nice to have

• Experience in strategic workshops (Product Strategy, OKRs, Lean Canvas).

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum in the context of design or product delivery.

• Experience working with analytics tools (GA, Hotjar, etc.).

• Experience mentoring or sharing knowledge within a design team.

• Interest or experience in using AI tools for research, analysis, or discovery work.
