Node.js Developer (Regular/Senior)

Project=

We’re looking for a Backend Developer to join a small agile team building two custom calculators — Energy/Cost Estimation and Installation Price Estimation — for a company in the energy/IoT sector.

You'll collaborate with a frontend developer, tester, and project manager, following weekly Scrum sprints.

Project duration = around 7–8 weeks

Responsibilities=

• Implement two domain-specific cost calculators for an energy/IoT platform
• Design and build backend logic and APIs
• Integrate with external systems (e.g. CRMs via Zapier, Calendly)
• Collaborate with the frontend developer and PM in weekly sprints
• Ensure clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

You can be the perfect match for us, if you have:

• Strong experience with JavaScript and TypeScript
• Proficiency in one of the backend frameworks: Express.js, NestJS, or Fastify
• Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL) and ORMs (TypeORM, Prisma, or Sequelize)
• Hands-on experience integrating with third-party services or CRMs (directly or via tools like Zapier)

Nice-to-have:

• Familiarity with Medusa.js
• Experience with e-commerce frameworks (e.g., Shopify, BigCommerce)
• Prior work on MVPs or short-cycle agile projects
