Golang Developer (regular/senior)

We’re looking for a skilled Regular and Senior Golang Developers to join our client’s Order Management Team, as part of an exciting and growing collaboration in the travel-tech sector. We’re expanding the team with several new engineers to support the ongoing development and modernization of the system.

You’ll be working closely with the client’s internal product and engineering teams, contributing directly to the architecture, development, and performance of a globally used Order Management System. Your role will involve not only writing high-quality code, but also taking part in technical discussions, product planning, and driving continuous improvements.

This is a great opportunity for experienced backend engineers (both mid-level and senior) who are passionate about clean architecture, scalability, and working in a modern, cloud-native environment.

Project duration: : 6–9 months with the possibility of extension.

📌 Please note: After the first three months of cooperation, participation in a standby/on-call rotation (including 24/7 availability) will be required.

You + Miquido = 

• develop and maintain backend services in Go

• build APIs and microservices for core commerce logic (orders, payments, updates)

• design and optimize Postgres database schemas and queries

• define technical requirements and participate in service design

• support and improve CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation

• implement monitoring, logging, and health checks

• focus on code quality, system reliability, and scalability

You can be the perfect match for us, if you have: 

• 4+ years of backend experience (at least 2 years in Golang)

• strong SQL and Postgres skills

• experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture

• familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native tools

• hands-on experience with CI/CD, Agile teams, and production systems

• clear communication, a proactive mindset, and a team-first approach

It can be love at first sight if you also have:

• Java or Python experience

• knowledge of Kafka, Pub/Sub, or similar

• experience with GCP/AWS, Terraform, and monitoring tools (NewRelic, DataDog)

• awareness of API security and cloud best practices
