Job description
MindTrust is a global innovation company with roots in software development and digital marketing. We are looking to expand our MindTrust Labs division which is our innovation team.
Our team tackles a wide range of projects. Current active projects include an app that helps plants sing, a game that teaches Spanish/Mandarin, a VR application for predicting PTSD, a shopping SDK for games, a gamified IQ test, and a daily activity application to help kids with motor disabilities.
We are a bit all over the place and we are looking for candidates that enjoy that diversity. The ideal candidate is more of a jack of all trades than a specialist. They enjoy a variety of tasks / projects and see the unfamiliar as an opportunity to learn and grow.

Requirements:
- 3+ years with Unity Development
- Shipped at least one title/product
- Proficient in C# and Data Oriented Design
- Good communication skills (English - at least written)
- Works well in a team and can collaborate remotely (Zoom, Slack, JIRA, etc)
- Ability to take direction and complete tasks as well as take ownership and solve problems not yet assigned.
Bonus:
- Additional languages such as Javascript, C++, Swift, etc
- Additional platform experience such as web, native app, server, etc.
