What You'll Tackle:

🟪 Responsibilities:

• Crafting Robust Applications: Use your Backend prowess to develop applications that are not just functional but are a joy to use—applications that will be crucial for our clients in the US.
• Championing Best Practices: Embrace test-driven development (TDD) and other best architectural practices to create clean, maintainable code that stands the test of time.
• Making Key Decisions: Have a seat at the table when it comes to designing architecture and selecting the tools and frameworks that best fit our goals. Your voice will directly influence the direction of our projects.
• Collaborative Coding: Work closely with the client and your team members to ensure that the solutions you develop align perfectly with user needs and our mission of sustainability.

🟪 Requirements:

• Seasoned in Backend: You have at least two years of hands-on experience building applications with Backend (and you must have a desire to develop in Ruby on Rails technology)
• Frontend Familiar: You have hands-on experience with React and understand how to build dynamic, responsive user interfaces. You're comfortable working with component-based architecture and have a solid grasp of modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Database Savvy: Whether it's SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB, you know your way around databases.
• API Pro: You're comfortable working with and creating APIs that are as robust as they are efficient.
• Communication Ace: You possess strong communication skills and at least a B2 level of English to collaborate effectively with international teams.
• Version Control Guru: You're familiar with git and the git-flow process, ensuring smooth transitions and version tracking.
