Position competencies
  • English level minimum C1 written and spoken 
  • At least 2 years of commercial experience as PM delivering web applications
  • Knowledge of and an interest in IT (web & mobile technologies)
  • Experience with projects in different methodologies (SCRUM, Waterfall, Agile)
  • Have solid knowledge and understanding of project management (e.g. team building, risk management, user stories, work planning)
  • Redmine, JIRA or other project management application expertise 
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Nice to have
  • Technical background that enables you to talk tech comfortably (e.g. degree in computer science / experience in IT or worked as web developer before)
  • Scrum Master CERTIFICATIONS: PSMI, AGILE PM
  • Polish language

Outcomes
  • Ensuring that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone within the Team as well as possible
  • Communication with clients to understand their challenges
  • Collaborate with technical team to resolve dependencies between requirement areas and products
  • Preparation of backlog, user stories and sprints
  • Manage Redmine CRM projects (preparation of tickets, sprints, roadmaps)
  • Keeping projects on track with timelines ( min. 90% accuracy)
  • Assess  the impact of all work items, such as new features, improvements and bugs
  • Lead meetings with clients and the team
