Job Description

• Development of our internationally deployed mobile devices (iOS / Android)
• Consulting of our business and our colleagues in HQ Germany
• Design new solutions for our business lines
• Coordination of existing incidents and initiation of root cause analyses
• Monitor and ensure OLAs and SLAs
• Planning, coordination and control of external partners
• Absence representation of the service owner if required

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years of relevant job experience in mobile devices
• Bachelor or Master degree or professional work record
• Solution design of mobile devices in enterprise environments (larger 4.000 devices)
• Expert knowledge of Endpoint Management Solutions Microsoft Intune
• Certificates: ITIL Foundation (v3 or 4) preferred
• Language skills: English: B2, German: B2 (preferred)
