They are at the stage of investing in new technologies, hence, calling for new tech talents who will lead their expansion.


Job Description

  • Implementing, maintaining, and enhancing international HR IT systems, such as applicant tracking, learning management, and talent management applications.
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless integration of HR IT tools with both internal and external systems/services.
  • Diagnosing, resolving, and testing technical issues related to integration code, software, hardware, devices, and endpoints, and providing solutions or workarounds.
  • Ensuring the stable operation and support of relevant applications.
  • Developing and evaluating technical specifications, coordinating with IT infrastructure, and conducting tests and documentation.
  • Offering advice and working closely with international HR teams.
  • Providing 2nd and 3rd level support.


The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in HR consulting, working with Employee Lifecycle HR IT applications, or integrating HR IT systems.
  • Strong knowledge of interface and database technologies (e.g., XML, SQL, JSON).
  • Proficient in supporting cloud-based applications, including requirements gathering, interfacing, and setup.
  • Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SAP CPI).
  • Ability to work independently and a solution-focused, service-driven mindset.
  • Fluent in English (B2 level minimum); German language skills are a plus.
