As they continue to grow, they are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Infrastructure to lead and manage their IT infrastructure department.

Job Description

• Lead and oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud platforms.
• Develop and execute strategies for the ongoing scalability, security, and performance of infrastructure systems.
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans are in place and regularly tested.
• Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Collaborate closely with other IT leaders, such as the Head of Security and the CTO, to align infrastructure operations with business objectives.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry best practices, implementing cutting-edge solutions where applicable.
• Oversee vendor management, including negotiations, service level agreements, and performance monitoring.
• Develop and manage the infrastructure department's budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource optimization.

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) in a senior IT infrastructure leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization technologies, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Expertise in infrastructure architecture, disaster recovery, and IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure environments.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully leading technical teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
